2011 Football/Cheer Registration

Veteran players/cheerleaders: (any player or cheerleader who completed the 2010 season) Saturday May 7th 2011 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Centennial Farm, 25795 Third St., Grosse Ile Veteran players/cheerleaders who do not register on May 7 or do not contact the Registrar prior to May 7 will lose their veteran status and have to register at Open Registration.

Open Registration: (for new participants) Saturday May 14th 2011 from 8:00 am - 10:00 am Centennial Farm, 25795 Third St., Grosse Ile REGISTRATION IS TAKEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. JV (ages 10-11) and Varsity (ages 12-13) Football teams are currently full with veteran players. We will be accepting names on a waiting list for these two teams at open registration May 14th 2011.

Registration Fees: $175 for the first child and $100 for each subsequent child in the same family. Veteran Varsity players and Cheerleaders are $100.
Registration Forms
To Save Time, Please Print And Fill Out The Forms Completely
The medical and registration forms needs to be completely filled out by the parent. Registration form page one (1) needs to be completed and page two (2) only needs the top section to be filled out and notarized.
For your convenience we will have a notary at registration.
Every child will also need a physical before they can participate. It needs to be dated after April 15th. of this year. You can use the section on the consent form for the physical or the MHSAA form. If this is the first year playing with us, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate.
If you DO NOT live in Grosse Ile or live North of Harrison Road in Trenton or if you live in any other city you are required to fill out the Standard Waiver form. The Downriver Junior Football League mandates that ALL FORMS must be completed before anyone can practice.
